神经网络PID控制器在VAC合成中温控制中的应用

摘    要:针对醋酸乙烯合成中温过程具有时滞、非线性特征,将BP神经网络和常规PID控制器相结合,提出一种基于BP神经网络的自适应PID中温控制方案。仿真试验表明所提控制方案能有效减少扰动对中温的影响,并能够有效克服被控对象的时滞性和非线性,获得良好的控制品质。

Abstract:Aiming at the time-delay,non -linear in VAC synthesis mid -temperature process,by BP neural network and conventional PID controller combination, a neural network - based BP Adaptive PID mid-temperature control program is put forward. Disturbance can effectively reduce the impact of temperature, and can effectively overcome the time lag and inertia of mid-temperature target, the con- trol of access to good quality. Simulation experiments show that: the designed system in the control quality, robustness aspects of is superior to the current conventional PID control system.
