“监督”美国：越南战争中的加拿大

Supervise America: Canada in the Vietnam War

Canada had taken part in the Indochina International Control and Supervise Committee (ICSC) from 1954 to 1973. Owing to the international circumstance, the special relationship between Canada and the US, and the breakage of Geneva Accords by the US, Canada faced a "dilemma" in the ICSC-Supervise the US and avail itself inevitable by the US. As the American intervention pressed on and the escalation of the War, Canada was critical of US's Vietnam policy. And Canada's supervision affected the US's Vietnam policy in some way. America evacuated from Vietnam in the first seventies. Canada's responsibility in the Vietnam International Control and Supervise Committee (ICSC) ended in failure.
