蒸压粉煤灰加气混凝土外墙自保温体系研究与应用

摘    要:研究了蒸压加气混凝土作为外墙保温材料所必须具有的技术条件和能达到的墙体保温效果以及加气混凝土配套砌筑砂浆和抹灰砂浆所必须具有的技术性能.研究结果表明,蒸压加气混凝土是目前国内唯一一种能够满足建筑节能65%设计要求的单一墙体材料,专用砌筑砂浆、抹灰砂浆是解决加气混凝土应用中质量通病的有效手段,加气混凝土单一材料外墙保温体系是一种技术性能、经济效益和社会效益都十分显著的新型墙体节能保温体系.

The Studies and Application of the External Self Thermal Insulation System of Autoclaved Fly-ash Aerated Concrete
Abstract:The technical conditions and insulation effect of the autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) as the ex-ternal insulation were studied. The technical conditions of special masonry mortar and plastering mortar which match the AAC were also studied. The results showed the AAC was the single wall material which can reach building energy efficiency design of 65%. The utilization of special masonry mortar and plastering mortar was an effective measure to solve the quality problem of the AAC application. The external self thermal insulation system of AAC was a new energy-saving system which had significant economic and so-cial effectiveness.
