| 摘 要： | 分析了离心铸造HP45NbTi耐热合金的焊接性,采用NiR82镍基焊丝手工钨极氩弧焊打底、25-35Nb焊丝填充并盖面的焊接工艺,焊接了外径125 mm、壁厚11 mm的离心铸造HP45NbTi高温合金炉管对接接头,获得了常温和高温机械性能符合要求的焊接接头,同时观察了焊缝的微观组织,未发现任何焊接缺陷.

| Abstract: | The weldability of centrifugally cast heat-resistant alloy HP45NbTi was analyzed.The HP45NbTi furnace tubes with thickness of 11 mm and outer diameter of 125 mm were butt-welded using a sort of combined process.The root passes were welded by means of manual TIG with nickel-based wire NiR82,and the subsequent filling and top passes with wire 25-35Nb,so that a kind of weld joint was obtained,and that was in agreement with the requirement of mechanical properties at normal and high temperature.The microstructure of the joint was also observed,and no welding defects were found. |
