| Abstract: | This paper allows for physics is an experimental science, theorizes the Maxwell's function of speeding distribution capitalize on experimental data. They are coequal consequence as the method of experimental graph as the method of probability theory. But it is more easy and visual than the theoretical course that Maxwell capitalizes probability theory. The key is founding the model of function. |
