模糊评判在资源分配决策中的应用

本针对当前模糊评判，主要是应用于确定备选方案的筛选，对方案排序后选取“最佳”方案，但在分配决策分析中对于如何确定各方案的比重，往往采用专家打分的形式来取得赋权值，决策中主观因素的影响太大．因此，本提出用一种模糊层次分析法，并结合熵权来确定方案的权重大小，避免赋权的主观性．

An Application of Fuzzy Evaluation in Resource Distribution Decision-making

According to the theory of ordinary fuzzy evaluation, it mainly applied to different project sequencing, then judged which id best project. But people mostly use Delphi method to evaluate the weight of different projects in the decision-making analysis. Influenced strictly by subjective factor, in the paper, we propose a fuzzy AHP method and apply entropy theory to evaluate the weight of decision-making projects. At the end of the paper, an example is used for analysis and applying.
