摘 要: | 研究了几种分散剂(PEG、PMAA、MN)对微米级TiO2陶瓷粉体在水中进行分散时的影响.实验结果表明:在各自最佳分散条件下,分散剂MN对TiO2粉体的稳定分散具有用量少、适用pH范围宽、悬浮液粘度低、粉体无团聚等特点.其分散效果优于分散剂PEG、PMAA.

Abstract: | Effect of several dispersants (PEG,PMAA,MN)on aqueous suspension of submicron TiO 2 powder is focused in the study.The experimental results show that the TiO 2 aqueous suspension with MN dispersant has many advantages such as low viscosity,little dosage,no agglomeration,width pH et al.So the system with MN dispersant excels that with PEG or PMAA. |
