易腐物品的库存管理研究

摘    要:研究变质率呈Weibull分布的易腐物品的最优采购与库存策略。有限时域中有关易腐物品的库存问题研究,往往假设需求是线性而且变质率固定,这与实际情况具有较大的差距。通过引入对变质情况具有良好模拟性的三参数Weibull函数来描述易腐物品的变质特性,建立有限时域内易腐物品的最优订购策略模型。用前向迭代逼近的方法,得到求解最优订购策略的方法。

Abstract:This paper is concerned with a order inventory model for deteriorating items with Weibull distribution and demand be related with deteriorating items. In the research of optimal order inventory policy with a finite planning horizon, deterioration was defined as fixed and demand was taken as time dependent, so there may be some shortages in the inventory due to far from the practice. A three parameter Weibull distribution is used to represent the distribu tion of the time to deterioration,and demand is taken as deterioration dependent in this paper.Furthermore, A optimal inventory model is presented. A forward recursive algorithm is used to solve the optimal ordering cycle and ordering time of this model. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the solution procedure.
