| 摘 要： | 在考虑电子有效质量的情况下,文章不仅给出了δ势场中不连续矩阵和传播矩阵的一般形式,而且运用转移矩阵法从理论上计算得到了一维δ周期性势场的能量方程和波函数.

| Abstract: | Considering the effective mass of electron,this paper has presented the general forms of the discontinuity matrix and the propagation matrix.By using these two basic matrixes,we have calculated the energy equation and wave function of the one-dimensional delta periodic potential. |
