电化学沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝的愈合效果

摘    要:设计了电化学沉积法修复钢筋混凝土裂缝的试验装置,采用多孔混凝土模拟带裂缝的混凝土,以质量增加量、透水系数及声速等为评价指标,研究了电流密度、电解质浓度等因素对不同空隙率的多孔钢筋混凝土的修复效果.试验结果表明:多孔混凝土空隙率对电化学沉积早期愈合效果影响较小;电流密度与电解质浓度越高,电化学沉积速率越快;多孔混凝土的透水系数越小,声速越大,但生成的Mg(OH)2晶体片状尺寸较大,厚度薄,且排列松散.多孔混凝土模拟裂缝可有效地反映电化学沉积法愈合效果.

Abstract:An electrodeposition method and its experimental device for rehabilitation of cracks in reinforced concrete are proposed. In this method, porous concrete is adopted to simulate cracked concrete, and mass increment, permeation coefficient and sound velocity of ultrasonic wave are regarded as evaluating indicators. Effect of current density and concentration of electrolyte solution on healing effec-tivenes porous reinforced concrete with different porosity is studied. The results indicate that total voids ratio of porous concrete has little effect on healing effectiveness of electrodeposition at early age. The higher the current density or concentration of electrolyte solution is, the higher the electrodeposition rate and sound velocity in porous concrete are, and the lower the permeation coefficient of porous concrete is. Mg(OH)2 crystals produced under high current density are sheet-shaped with big sizes and thin thickness, and they arrange loosely. The simulation of porous concrete for cracks can reflect the healing effect of electrodeposition method effectively.
