摘    要:研究了Zn-Ni合金镀液中的主盐氯化锌的浓度,电镀工艺参数对Zn-Ni合金镀层中Ni含量的影响.结果显示,电镀时峰值电流密度是影响Zn-Ni合金镀层中Ni含量的主要因素.通过控制峰值电流密度,制备出了不同组分的Zn-Ni合金多层膜.

Abstract:Zn-Ni alloy plating has been investigated to understand the effect of composition and plating parameters of sulphate bath on nickel content of the coating.Nickel conent of Zn-Ni alloy coating was strongly influenced by the cathodic peak current density.Base on the results above,compositionally modulated multilayer Zn-Ni alloy coatings consisting of alternate thin Zn-Ni alloy sublayers with different nickel contents have been electrodeposited on steel substrates from a bath by the control peak current density.
