摘    要:用镍硼非晶态合金电极在碱性水溶液中研究煤电解加氢液化.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对所制备电极进行表征.通过极化曲线和电流-时间曲线对NiB电极的活性进行测试.制备不同负载量的FeS催化剂,研究其对电解加氢液化的催化作用以及负载量对催化活性的影响.对煤浆连续电解24h后,由四氢呋喃(THF)可溶物元素分析可知,H/C原子比由电解前的1.01增加到电解后的1.34;THF可溶物所占比例由电解前9.10%提高到电解后44.29%,表明煤炭经过电解加氢,其四氢呋喃可溶率得到了较大的提高,即得到有效的液化.

Abstract:Electrochemical liquefaction of coal with Ni-B amorphous alloy electrode in aqueous alkaline solution was investigated.The morphology and composition of the electrodes were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The activity of two kinds of electrodes was tested by the current-potential curve(I-V) and current-time curve(I-t).Both the activity and solubility of coal were enhanced by FeS deposited on coal.Products dissolved in Tetrahydrofuran(THF) were extracted from coal for an element analysis.After the electrolysis,H/C ratio(by atom) of the product extracted by THF,which content increased from 9.10% to 44.29%,increased from 1.01 to 1.34,indicating an effective liquefaction process of coal.
