| Abstract: | Summary (1) When in air, a quasi-dielectric medium, the frog's heart, opened in extension, emits auricular potentials which are detected on the ventricular track and conversely. (2) Polarographic tests for pO2 changes in such a preparation, enclosed in a special moist box, show no variations; predominant anaerobiosis in heart or size of the box has to be considered.
