| 摘 要： | 对现阶段我国足球后备人才培养现状和培养体系进行分析,从传统的"三级网络训练"社会出资办学以及职业化,俱乐部等方面着手,指出问题所在,找出制约我国足球后备人才发展的原因,并明确提出相应的建议与对策。

On the Situation of Recerved Talents in Football in China |

| Abstract: | According to the traditional "three-stage Net Training" community-sponsored schooling, professionalism and footboall clubs,this thesis gives an analysis of the present situation of the training and its system of reserved football talents in China, points out the problems and sources of retraints in the devecopment reservecl football talents and offers corresponding suggestions and solutions. |
