| 摘 要： | 人格是群体文化或民族文化的内化物。由于陕西传统文化的影响，陕西人格具有积极与消极两个方面的特征，文化的冲突又使当代陕西人的人格具有了双重性和矛盾性。陕西的现代化进程，在很大程度上取决于陕西人能否发挥自身的人格优势，正视和克服自己的人格弱点，重建适合于现代化进程的人格结构。

Personality of Shaanxi Folks and Cultivation of Their Thinking |

| Abstract: | Personality is internalization of a group or a national culture. Influenced by the Shaanxi traditional culture, their personality is characterized bytwo traits, that is, positiveness and negativeness. The cultural conflicts haveendowed them with dual nature and contradiction. The process of modernization largely depends on whether they can take advantage of their superiority, acknowledge and overcome their inferiority to adapt themselves to modern Shaanxi so as tore-cultivate their personality. |
