| 摘 要： | 人民代表大会制度、中国共产党领导的多党合作与政治协商制度、民族区域自治制度和基层群众自治制度共同构成了中国特色社会主义政治制度的基本内容。它的特色体现在其发展历程和特殊优势上。在发展历程上，中国特色社会主义政治制度依托中国的特殊条件而建立；在特殊优势上，作为上层建筑一部分的中国特色社会主义政治制度能够很好地适应经济基础。

| Abstract: | The National People＇ Congress system, the multi - party cooperation and political consultation system under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, the regional autonomy for nationalities system and the basic unit populace autonomous system constitute the basic content of the socialist political system with Chi- nese characteristics, and it is characterized by its development course and practice. In the course of development, the system is established based on the specific conditions of China instead of copying other countries. In the course of the system,as a part of the superstructure, the system can well adapt to the economic base and show special advantages. |
