摘    要:通过对电主轴动态位移测试试验的意义分析,提出了测试试验的目的及试验目标,从测试试验内容、测试原理、测试试验平台设计、测试试验方法及步骤等方面进行了叙述,并用测试试验数据——位移曲线图进行了电主轴动态位移特性分析,找到了电主轴动态位移特性变化规律,为数控机床的动态特性研究和结构设计提供了依据和原始数据.

Abstract:Through an analysis on the significance of electric spindle' s dynamic displacement test, this article pointed out the test purpose and experiment target, and described them from the following aspects such as the test experiment purpose, test principle, experimental platform design, test method and as well as test step. The electric spindle' s dynamic displacement characteristic was analyzed by using experimental data i.e. displacement spectrum curve which reveal the properties change of electric spindle' s displacement. The results provided a basis and an original data for numerical control machine tools' dynamic research and design, which has a remarkable practical significance in the field of high grade numerical control machine tools' research and development.
