化学水浴法合成CdS粉末的黄光发射特性

摘    要:利用化学水浴法,在80℃合成了CdS.在氩气氛下,500℃下退火1h,得到六方相的CdS.对吸收光谱的分析,得到六方相CdS的平均吸收边为~510nm;Raman测试中发现3个较强的峰,分别是CdS的1LO,2LO和3LO峰;光致发光谱表现出较强的黄光发射,2个较强的峰分别起源于CdS的带隙发射和表面态发射.这种CdS粉末可以被用作黄光LED的光转换层.

Abstract:CdS powder was produced at 80 ℃ by a chemical bath deposition. Hexagonal structure CdS was observed after applying an annealing treatment at 500 ℃ in pure argon atmosphere. According to the Tauc' s for mula, the average absorption edge with a value of ~ 510 nm was calculated. Raman shows three peaks ascribed to 1LO,2LO and 3LO of CdS powder. Yellow light emission was observed in the photoluminescence. Origins of peaks located at ~ 520 nm and ~ 696 nm, respectively were attributed to the bandgap emission and surface state emission. We believe that it can be a good candidate in the yellow light emitting diode.
