掺F改变Bi系超导体性能的机理

摘    要:通过F,O两元素性质参数的不同特征,分析F元素替代Bi系高温氧化物超导体中O元素作用特征.依据F元素的性质参数,对F替代O后引起Bi系氧化物超导体性能改善的机制,给出解释.

Abstract:Through the different features of parameters between the natures of element F and element O, the effect features of element F in high temperature superconductor oxide in Bi series,when element F is used as a subdtitute for element O in the high temperature superconductor oxide on Bi series,are analyzed and studied.And through the nature parameter of element F ,a reasonable explanation is given of the mechanesm of property improvement of high temperature superconductor oxide in Bi series,when element is used instead of element O.
