| 摘 要： | 利用二次回归正交旋转设计的方法,建立了不同工况下甘蔗收割机切割器的工作参数:切割速度、前进速度、刀片数量、刀盘倾角、刀片刃角和切割角对工作性能指标破头率影响的二次回归方程,在此方程的基础上,考虑切割器工作参数对破头率的影响,建立了参数优化数学模型,采用约束变尺度法,实现了切割器工作参数的优化,降低了破头率,最后通过实验进行了验证.
