基于DEA分析的青岛市科技与金融的结合效率研究

摘    要:科学技术与金融资本是经济发展的两个重要因素,同时二者紧密相关.利用数据包络分析(DEA)方法,选取2007-2011年的数据,对青岛市与中国主要城市进行横向对比分析.结果表明,青岛市科技与金融的结合效率偏低,综合技术效率、纯技术效率以及规模效率分别是0.075,0.900和0.084,不处于生产前沿面,有很大的提升空间;同时,根据对青岛市科技与金融的结合现状分析,提出有针对性的建议:构建科技金融体系、完善科技金融生态环境以及政府引导建立的科技金融对接平台都有助于提高青岛市科技与金融的结合效率.

Abstract:Science-technology and financial capital are two important factors to economic development. In order to study the combination situation of science-technology and financial capital of Qingdao,By using Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method,based on the statistics of Qingdao and China main cities during 2007-2011,horizontal contrast analysis was carried out. Results indicates that,science-technology finance combined efficiency of Qingdao is partial low. The technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,scale efficiency are 0.075,0.900 and 0.084 respec-tively,not in the technology frontier surface,but having a lot of space to improve;Meanwhile using Qingdao science-technology financial combined status analysis,we made a few meaningful recommends,including building science-technology financial system,perfecting science-technology financial ecological environment and science-technology financial butt platform established by government,which are helpful to improve science-technology financial combined efficiency of Qingdao.
