关中城市群可持续发展潜力评价研究

区域可持续发展潜力的测度是经济地理学、区域经济学的重要研究内容，是我国主体功能区划的重要依据.选取关中城市群为研究对象，并以中原、山东半岛城市群为对比，建立了一套综合评价指标体系，结合AHP方法来确定相关指标权重，对关中城市群的可持续发展潜力进行了测度，得出阻碍关中城市群提高其发展潜力的因素.①从时间尺度来看，关中城市群近几年发展潜能随时间发展不断增大，其发展潜力总分由0．245提升为0．291，并且各项分指标的得分都有所提高.②从城市群间横向对比而言，关中城市群的发展存在诸多不足，城市群规模偏小，辐射力不足；基础设施较为落后，与发达城市群差距较大；城市群的开放度不够，对外资的吸引力较小，利用率较低.

The Evaluation of the Sustainable Development Potential of Guanzhong City Group

Measure of regional sustainable development potential is an important research content of economic geography and regional economics. It is an important basis for the major function regionalization. Taking urban agglomeration of Guangzhong as the research object,and taking Central Henan urban agglomeration and Shandong peninsula urban agglomeration as comparison groups,we established a set of comprehensive evaluation index system and using the AHP method to determine the index weight to measure the sustainable development potential of Guanzhong Cities to get the hindering factors of development potential. The conclusions are as follows.①From the point of time scales,in recent years,Guanzhong urban agglomeration has got a development potential with time increasing,its development potential index increases from 0.245 to 0.291,and the total score and score points index were improved.②From the horizontal contrast between urban agglomerations,the development of Guanzhong urban agglomeration has many disadvantages such as urban agglomeration of small scale,lack of radiation;Infras-tructure is relatively backward and the gap with the developed urban agglomeration;Urban agglomeration of openness is not enough,with less attraction to foreign investment,and the utilization rate is also low.
