大斜度稳斜段导向钻具复合钻进特性模拟分析

摘    要:利用纵横弯曲连续方法建立了导向钻具复合钻进特性分析模型,分析了导向钻具结构参数、上稳定器位置和直径、钻压等因素对导向钻具组合复合钻进效果的影响.结果表明:适当减小导向钻具的弯角和稳定器直径有利于提高复合钻进稳斜效果;上稳定器直径和位置对复合钻进效果影响均比较明显,上稳定器安放位置可以依靠短钻铤长度来调节;转盘转速对复合钻进效果影响不明显,钻压则较为明显;常规Φ215.9 mm井眼,复合钻进时的增斜趋势随钻压的增加而变弱,适当增大钻压有利于提高复合钻进稳斜效果.

Abstract:We established a research model to research drilling characteristics of steerable-motor composite drilling process using crossbar bent continuous method,analysised the influencing factors on the composite drilling effect of steerable-motor structure parameters,the position and the diameter of the stabilizer,the drilling pressure etc. The results show that appropriate reduced the steerable-motor bending angle and stabilizer diameter is helpful to improve the composite drilling oblique effect. The diameter and the position of the upper stabilizer influencing on the composite drilling are more obvious,and the upper stabilizer location can be regulated by short drill collar length. Rotary speed affecting on compound drilling is not obvious,while the drilling pressure affecting on compound drilling effect is obvious. For conventionalΦ 215.9 mm borehole,composite drilling deviation increasing tendency becomes weak with drilling pressure increasing,so proper increasing of the drilling pressure is beneficial to improve the stability of composite drilling.
