摘    要:在铝合金汽车车身结构中,T形接头是一种重要的结构形式.采用汽车车身应用的6063铝合金四方型材,用TIG焊接成T形接头进行实验,同时采用ABAQUS有限元软件对T形接头在静载条件下的屈服、变形和破坏行为进行了模拟.结果表明:接头的性能不能简单地用理论上焊接接头的三个主要区域的性能来代替;材料参数中采用剪切断裂判据对铝合金结构件的模拟有一定的可行性;T形接头模型的建立可以为汽车车身结构模拟模型的建立提供理论依据.

Abstract:T-joint is an important constructional form in the structure of automobile body made of aluminum alloy.A T-joint made of quadratic shape of aluminum alloy 6063 used for automobile body and welded by means of TIG was tested and the static yielding,deformation,and destruction behavior of the T-joint was simulated with finite element software ABAQUS.The result showed that the performance could not be substituted by that of three major regions of theoretical welded joints in a simple way,it would be feasible to some extent to take the shear fracture criterion from the material parameters as one for simulation of the components of aluminum alloy, and the establishment of T-joint model could provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of simulation model of the body configuration of the automobile.
