席夫碱化合物在银溶胶上的吸附状态研究

摘    要:合成了系列席夫碱化合物,研究了它们的表面增强拉曼光谱,傅立叶变换拉曼光谱,探讨了它们在银溶胶上的吸附状态和表面增强机理,发现这类化合物以化学吸附模式为主,为进一步研究它们在生物体系中的作用方式提供依据。

Abstract:Four Schiff base compounds N-2-chlorobenzaldehyde-L-alanine(abbr.2-CAK),N-4-chlorobenzaldehyde-L-alanine(abbr.4-CAK),N-2,4-dihydroxylobenzaldehyde-D-glucosamine(abbr.DG)and N-salicyladehyde-D-glucosamine(abbr.SG)were synthesized and studied with surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy and Fluorier-translated Raman spectroscopy.The assignments of all compounds'Raman spectrum have been determined.The adsorbed states that on silver colloid of four Schiff base compounds were determined.It was found that 2-CAK and 4-CAK are adsorbed on the Ag surface through the carboxyl oxygen atoms and adopt upright conformation,that DG and SG are adsorbed through the hydroxyl oxygen atoms of sugar ring and phenol.The adsorbed state of the Schiff base shows chemical adsorbed feature.
