固壁辐射对轿车热舒适性计算影响的分析

摘    要:采用SIMPLE算法、k-ε紊流模型,考虑了自然对流换热的影响,应用整体求解法计算气固耦合传热问题;讨论了固体壁面间辐射对计算的影响,结果表明,固壁辐射对处于低流速区域的壁面温度有较大影响,不应忽略。进、回风口的布置不仅影响车室内气流速度和温度的具体数值大小,而且决定了整个流场和温度场的分布结构。

Abstract:This paper simulates a thermal environment in a passenger cAbin with CFD.In the simulation,the SIMPLE algorithm and k-ε turbulence model are used,the natural convection is taken into consideration and the body-fitted coordinate is applied.This paper also investigates the effect of component radiation in the cAbin.The results indicate that for most regions where the air velocity is low,component radiation plays an important role and can not be ignored.The results also show that the configuration of vents has a significant influence not only on the velocity and temperature levels but also on the overall flow topology.
