| 摘 要： | 传统的城市绿地系统规划仅仅为城市中心区绿地系统规划,随着<城市绿地系统规划编制纲要>(试行)的出台,市域绿地系统规划成了城市绿地系统规划中的重要内容.运用城市绿地系统规划和环境保护规划的基本原理,以城市自然基质、承载能力及新的市域城镇空间格局为基础,选择适合于市域的生态结构模式,构建市域生态节点、生态廊道和城市绿化隔离带三位一体的市域生态体系.从市域生态环境的角度,完善"一点、一线、两翼"及整个区域生态协调性,形成市域城乡生态的良性循环.同时,根据各区域生态敏感性程度的不同,进行控制性规划并采取相应的保护措施.
