| 摘 要： | 高职英语教学已逐步摆脱传统的教学模式,开展了以工作过程为导向、以能力训练为本位的课程改革。基于典型工作任务分析,酒店英语课程开展了项目化教学。项目化教学能有效彰显实践教学内涵,使学生的知识结构和能力结构更加贴近职业岗位需求。

| Abstract: | After being away from the traditional teaching model,English teaching in vocational education has implemented curriculum reform based on working process-oriented and competency-based strategies.In view of the analysis of typical working task,the project teaching in Hotel English has developed in teaching,which can effectively expose the implicit curriculum essence and overt teaching techniques.In the teaching model,both of students′ knowledge and competency can be closer to the needs and demands of vocational posts. |
