钙与运动疲劳

摘    要:钙不仅促进机体的生长发育,维持组织细胞机能的正常运转,而且影响着机体的运动能力与肌肉疲劳。从线粒体聚钙、肌浆网钙转运,游离钱的改变等方面阐述了钙离子与运动疲劳的关系。提示维持体内钙稳定,对提高运动能力、减缓运动疲劳的出现有着重要意义。

Abstract:Calcium(Ca) not only facilitates the organism to grow,keeps the histiocyte function and its normal operation,but also affects the exercise faculty of the organism and the muscular fatigue at the same time.By focus on the Mitochondria absorbing Ca,the Sarcoplasmic Reticule transfering Ca,and the changes of the free Cas,this paper explains the relationship between the Ca ion and the Exercise Fatigue.It approves that to keep Ca steady plays an important part to improve the exercise faculty and slow down the appearance of the exercise fatigue.
