四川农村基础教育质量的制约因素与提升策略

摘    要:近年来,四川农村基础教育质量得到了全面提升。但制约四川农村基础教育质量的因素还是存在,主要表现在经费、教师、学生和课程四个方面。要进一步提升四川农村基础教育的质量水平,前提是要建立科学的质量标准,关键是要树立科学的质量观,重点是要抓好农村基础教育经费保障机制和教师保障机制建设。

Abstract:Fundamental education quality in the country of Sichuan has been promoted wholly in recent years, but some factors restricting its development still exist, which are shown from four aspects such as outlay, teachers, students and curricula. To further advance the fundamental education quality to a new level, the precondition is setting up scientific quality standard, the key is establishing the scientific outlook on quality and the pivot is building well the outlay guarantee system for the fundamental education in the country and the teachers guarantee system.
