摘    要:管道机器人可应用于管道内穿缆、检测等工作,属于特种作业机器人,在国内尚无相关产品投入使用,而国外产品的检测设备、技术价格又相当昂贵。由于国内经济建设的需要,设计一种实用而又廉价的检测机器人显得尤重要。检测技术采用流体运动的推动叶轮转动,根据叶轮带动的电机的电压确定流体速度,进而确定管道流量;并且管道机器人受到能源供给的限制,采用流体运动的推动叶轮转动,从而产生电能,供给机器人自用。

Abstract:Pipeline robot can be applied to pipelines through cable,testing,etc.,which is one of special operations robots, there has no related products in China put into use,and testing of foreign products,equipment,technology,prices will be very expensive.As the domestic economic construction,design a practical and inexpensive detection of robots seem particular important.Detection of fluid movements,the impeller rotation,the impeller drive motor according to the voltage to determine fluid velocity,and then determine the channel flow;and pipe robot by energy supply constraints, with fluid movements,the impeller rotation to generate electricity, supply of machinery were occupied.
