高精度幅相差的数字化测量方法

摘    要:针对在P+L频段进行多路通道相对幅度、相位差测试的应用场合,提出了一种对两两射频通道实施频率变换和高精度数字化采集,由两两数字化运算得到相对相位差和幅度差的测量方法。给出了通过正交数字化信号共轭相乘运算实现高精度相位差和幅度差测量的数学分析方法。在分析了频率变换和高速数字采集对相位和幅度测量误差影响的基础上,通过对两路信号相对相位和幅度的测试结果与通用仪器测量结果的比较,验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:Aiming at the application of multi-channel range and phase difference measurement on P+L frequency band, a measurement method about the sort of relative phase difference and the range difference is proposed, which transforms the frequency and high precision digital collection of twain channels. A mathematical analyzing method about the relative range-phase difference throughout digital relative calculation is proposed. Based on analyzing the influence about the frequency conversion and high speed digital collection of the relative phase and range error of measurement, this method is proved effective via the comparison of the metrical result between the relative range phase difference and current instruments.
