壳聚糖的研制

摘    要:着重研究了壳聚糖的脱乙酰反应过程 ,探讨了影响脱乙酰反应的主要影响因素 (反应温度、碱液含量和反应时间 )与产物壳聚糖的脱乙酰度之间的关系 ,确定了制得高脱乙酰度的最佳反应条件 :反应时间为 1 6h ,反应温度为 90℃ ,碱液的质量分数为 40 % .

Abstract:Chitin and chitosan are very valuable natural resources for human beings.More and more universities and institutes have paid attention to their exploitation and researches,since they are nonpoisonous and biological compatibility.The deacetylation of chitin was investigated in this paper.The effects of the main influencing factors such as temperature,concentration of alkali and reaction time on the degree of deacetylation of chitosan were discussed.The optimum conditions are:reaction time-8 hours,temperature-90 ℃ and concentration of NaOH-40%.
