| Abstract: | This paper expounds the problem of establishing the supporting system of the urban sewage treatment engineering from the angles of further strengthening the construction and perfection of the laws and regulations, strengthening the environmental consciousness and participating ability of the whole people, practicing step by step connecting with the local reality, developing the cleaner production, establishing rational and effective pollution discharge license system, and strengthening the research and development of the new techniques for the sewage treatment, etc. |
