EVA增容PVC/SBS共混体系的研究

摘    要:本文通过冲击实验,拉伸实验,动态力学分析及扫描电镜的观察,研究了EVA增容的PVC/SBS共混体系的形态结构的关系。研究结果表明,EVA对PVC/SBS有良好的增容作用,并且与SBS一起对PVC有协同增韧效果。

Abstract:The properties and morphology of PVC/EVA-SBS blend were studied by impact testing,stress-strain behavior, dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The relationships between properties and morphology of PVC/EVA-SRS blends were discussed. Experimental results indicate that EVA is a good compatibilizer for PVC/SBS blends and the impact strength of the blends is obviously improved due to the synergitic toughening of EVA and SBS.
