| Abstract: | Having the in-depth investigation on the policy to enrich people,rich people classed,economy to enrich people,culture to enrich people and various of historical facts including ideas of "Enriching People" in Practical Theory during Ming & Qing Dynasty period,the writer has pointed out in this essay that the issue of enriching people is the key to guarantee the social development and the long-run social stability and security of the whole country.Hence,the issue of enriching people has high degree of reference to the present society. |
