半导体陶瓷湿度变送器线性电路的设计

摘    要:分析半导体陶瓷湿敏电阻的阻值特性,采用湿敏电阻并联等效电路进行湿度线性化设计,利用函数极值分析法找出等效湿度信号曲线的最佳线性湿区及其实现条件,给出具体的设计实例.最后提出扩展线性范围的一种方法.

Abstract:Analysed the resistance characteristic of semiconductor ceramic moisture-sensor, and designed moisture linearization by moisture sensor parallel equivalent circuit. By using the functional extremum analyzing method, the optimal linear moisture area and its realizating conditions of equivalent moisture signal curve have been found out, and some design examples were demonstrated as well. At last, a method of extending its linear area was presented.
