大学生思想道德建设的现状、内因与对策

大学生是构建和谐社会的后继力量,他们是否具有良好的道德风尚,关系到和谐社会的构建进程.当前,大学生思想道德状况还存在诸多与构建和谐社会不相适应的地方,其原因既有来自社会环境的影响,也有学校德育教育的不适应,还有大学生个人因素.加强大学生思想道德建设,必须重视道德教育的作用,确定以人为本的德育理念,创造良好的德育氛围,重视班主任在道德建设中的作用,促进学生良好道德行为习惯的养成.

The thought and morality construction situation of college students and its strategies study

University students are successors to constructing harmonious society,whether they have the good mor- als relates construction of the harmonious society.At present,the present state of university students doesn't adapt to the construction of the harmonious society.Its reasons come from the social environment influence,and unsuita- bility of the school moral education,but also from the influence of individual factors of university students.To strengthen the university students' moral construction,the function of moral education must be stressed.We must cultivate men-oriented educational concept,creates the good moral educational atmosphere,attach great importance to the role of class teachers in moral construction,and promotes students to foster good moral behavior.
