谈谈图书馆开架书库的管理

针对开架书库普遍存在的乱架、丢书、图书破损等问题，分析了高校学生读者在不同学习阶段呈现出的不同阅读规律，并据此提出不同时期开架书库所应采取的管理对策。

Talking about the Management of the Open-shelves Stock Room of Library

In the light of the problems commonly existing in the open-shelves stock room such as the shelves disordering, the books missing and damaging, etc., this paper analyzes on the different reading regularities of the university student readers in different studying stages, and based on this, puts forward the managerial countermeasures that should be taken by the open-shelves stock room in different stages.
