| Abstract: | This paper utilizes the gray system theories to set up a predict model, and predicts the budget of books and periodical in a university in the future four years, and the result is analysed and evaluated. The method contains certain function with science and utilization, but the estimat should notice scope and accuracy of the model's application. |
