| 摘 要： | 通过对地方高等院校在实验室建设与管理方面出现的问题进行分析,提出了从管理模式、管理制度、仪器设备管理、实验经费管理、实验室开放、实验人员管理等方面应采取的相应的改革措施,可较好地缓解当前地方高校实验室存在的矛盾。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the existed problems of laboratory construction and management in local colleges and universities,this article proposes the reform measures on the aspects of management pattern,system,equipment,experimental funding,open lab and lab technician.These new methods can be used to solve the contradiction of laboratories in local universities. |
