| 摘 要： | 对影响企业自主创新的因素进行了分析,认为企业技术能力、创新人才资源、企业家精神三个企业内部的核心能力要素,跨国公司战略、全球价值链及技术标准、国家或区域自主创新体系三个外围环境要素,都将对企业创新路径的选择和创新水平产生巨大影响。中国企业自主创新正是在各内部要素驱动、环境选择和基础支撑综合作用下的结果。
