碳纳米管的拉曼光谱定量分析研究

摘    要:拉曼光谱分析技术具有对样品无破坏、用量少等独特优点.本文用拉曼光谱技术对碳纳米管进行研究,获得了高质量的单壁碳纳米管拉曼谱.并通过单壁碳纳米管的“G”峰和聚苯乙烯拉曼特征峰的积分强度的变化,对不同组分的单壁碳纳米管/聚苯乙烯复合物进行了定量成分分析.实验结果表明,拉曼光谱技术的分析结果同该复合物的原始配比一致.

Abstract:Raman spectrum technique have the virtues of undamagensample and small sample consumption.The quantitative information of conjugated polystyrene/single-walled carbon nanotubes was analyzed through "G" peak of single-walled carbon nanotubes and prominent Raman band of polystyrene in the Raman spectra. The result shows that mass ratio between the single-walled carbon nanotubes and the polystyrene from the Raman measurement was identified with the mass ratio of the original complex.
