浅析建设服务型执政党

作为全国各族人民的领导先锋,中国共产党是领导建设中国特色社会主义事业的中坚力量,是领导中华民族实现伟大复兴的核心力量。党的建设与中国特色社会主义的前途和命运息息相关。十八大报告对建设什么样的党、怎样建设党的问题提出了新的理论,即建设＂学习型、服务型、创新型＂政党,其中建设服务型执政党在党的建设中处于核心地位。建设服务型执政党的三大内涵是服务群众、服务社会、服务发展,这三大内涵不仅是完善党的建设的重要指针,还是促进中国特色社会主义各项事业建设发展的强劲动力。为确保中国特色社会主义的前途和命运,建设服务型执政党对中国共产党的建设提出了具体要求。

On the Construction of Service -oriented Ruling Party

As the leading pioneer of all the peoples ,the Communist Party of China is the backbone to lead the construction of the so-cialist cause with Chinese characteristics ,and is the core force to lead the Chinese people to carry on the great cause of rejuvena-tion .The construction of CPC is closely linked with the prospect and the future of the socialist cause with Chinese characteristics . The report at the 18th National Congress put forward a new theory concerning the construction of CPC ：the construction of the ruling party of“learning type ,service type and innovation type” ,with the second the most stressed in the construction of CPC .The con-struction of service-oriented party includes three points：serving the people , serving the society , and serving the development . These three points are not only the important guiding principle to perfect the construction of CPC ,but also the great power to promote the development of all the socialist causes with Chinese characteristics .To ensure the prospect and future of the socialism with Chi-nese characteristics ,the construction of service-oriented ruling party has brought detailed requirements to the construction of CPC.
