旅游专业毕业生实习存在的问题及对策——以上饶师范学院旅游专业为例

高校旅游专业实习是教学计划的一个重要部分,但是实习中存在很多问题,主要有实习生权益维护,时间安排不尽合理,实习任务难以完成等。文章通过分析旅游专业毕业实习存在的问题,提出解决的对策：学校应该制定切实可行的实习计划与安排,建立优秀的实习指导教师队伍,加强实习基地的建设,与企业合作,走真正意义上的产学研之路,顺畅信息渠道,建立健全工作汇报制度;实习单位则应坚持正确的人才观和用人观,健全实习生培训制度,合理安排实习岗位,学校、学生与企业共同努力使实习任务顺利完成。

The Practice Problems and Countermeasures of the Graduates from Tourism Specialty taking--- the tourism specialty of Shangrao Normal University for an example

Currently, the practice of tourism specialty is a crucial part of teaching plan, but there exist some problems during the in- ternship, such as intern＇s rights, unreasonable time arrangement and difficulty to accomplish the practice. This essay analyses the practice problems of tourism specialty and proposes the countermeasures. University needs to formulate reasonable practice plans and arrangements, provides good advisors, improves base eonstruetion, cooperates with enterprises to ensure smooth information and sets up report system. Moreover, the enterprises should choose graduates equally, completes training system, and arranges reasonable internship. Universities, graduates and enterprises need to cooperate to complete the practice task.
