| 摘 要： | 近年来,社会对学前教育师资需求不断扩大,江西高校学前教育专业每年都在扩招,给教学带来很大压力,同时在师资建设方面,也出现了师资短缺等问题,美术手工的师资更是严重匮乏,它一直困扰着高校学前教育的发展。就此现状,一起探索加强江西高校学前美术手工师资建设的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the society＇s needs for the teaching faculty of preschool education are increasing, and the universities in Jiangxi province expand their enrollment every year, which imposes great pressure on teaching and leads to the shortage of preschool education teachers,and even more critical shortage of art handcraft teachers so that the preschool education in colleges and universi- ties is influenced greatly. Based on the present situation, this article tries to study the countermeasures to strengthen the art handcraft teachers＇ training in Jiangxi univereities and colleges. |
