蕨状满江红幼孢子体中的子叶和初生叶的超微结构

摘    要:蕨状满江红(Azolla filiculoides)的幼孢子体中的子叶细胞壁中,没有明显的胞间连丝,子叶细胞内液泡数量多,而初生叶细胞壁中的胞间连丝却十分明显.两种叶都各有分化程度不同的叶绿体以及前质体、线粒体和内质网等细胞器.

Abstract:In the cotyledon cell wall of the young sporophyte of Azolla filiculoides,no plasmodesmata are observed.In the cell of cotyledon there are quite a number of vacuales.But in the cell wall of the first primary leaf, plasmodesmata are notably. observed. The cotyledon and the first primary leaf have chloroplasts too, but their differentiation degrees are different. They also have propla-stid, mitochondrion and endoplasmic reticulum,etc.
