摘    要:从心理特征、运动水平、潜力和平时表现等方面将大学生长跑队员归纳为实力、激进、安于现状和新生4种不同类型,针对他们不同的个性和能力,制定不同的训练方法,促使其都能适应训练和比赛,并提高运动成绩。
