摘    要:研究了在碳热还原反应产业化制备Ti(Cl—xNx)系固溶体粉末过程中,原料配比、反应温度和N2流量等工艺参数对Ti(Cl—xNx)组成和性能的影响。结果表明,通过控制原料成分c/Ti的准确配比,可产业化制备出成分优良的不同单相Ti(C1—xNx)固溶体,在Ti(Cl—xNx)粉末中x值随反应温度的升高或N2流量的减小而变小,Ti(C1—xNx)系固溶体的点阵常数与C或N含量有很好的对应关系,通过调整粉末中元素的固溶度可控制粉末的晶体结构,进而控制材料的性能。

Abstract:The effect of raw materials compositions, their react io n temperature and N 2 flow was studied on the phase composition and the perform ance of Ti(C 1-x N x) solid solution mass-produced by carbotherma l reaction. The results suggest that single phase Ti(C 1-x N x) so lid solution of different compositions can be industrially prepared by controlli ng the C/Ti ratio of raw materials. x value of Ti(C 1-x N x) ca n decrease with the increasing of reaction temperature or the decreasing of N 2 flow. The good corresponding relationships between the lattice constant of Ti(C 1-x N x) solid solution powders and the solid solution extent of C and N elements were obtained. The crystal structure of the powders and performa nce of cermets were controlled by adjusting the solid solution extent of element s.
