萘氧化制苯酐钒钾硅催化剂的失活

摘    要:通过化学分析、ESR、TG、DTA、XRD、SEM以及压汞法等手段,研究了萘氧化制苯酐钒钾硅系催化剂的失活原因。实验结果表明:失活催化剂中生成稳定非活性的KV(SO_4)_2、K_4(VO)_3(SO_4)_5晶体化合物,使低价钒增多,高价钒减少,以及由于新相的生成降低了活性物质的分散度等是造成催化剂失活的主要原因;比表面积的减少和平均孔径的增加也是不可忽视的因素。

Abstract:The deativation of V-K-Si Catalyst for oxidation of naphthalene to phthalic anhydride has been studied by means of chemical analysis, ESR, TG, DTA, XRD SEM, and so on. The results show that the Catalyst segregated inactive stable K_4(VO)_3(SO_4)_5 and KV(SO_4)_2 crystals. These crystals can incease the low valent vanadium ions while decrease the high valent vanadium ions and reduce the dispersity of active components. In addtion, the specific surface area of the Catalyst is reduced and the average pore diameter of the Catalyst is rasied in the process of the reaction. For these reasons, the Ca(?)lyst is deactivated.
